Using Conflux

Model selection

Understand source models, Flux model, provider selection, and workspace constraints.

Source models

Source models are the models that produce candidate answers in Flux mode. They are selected from the models allowed by the workspace and the API key or web user policy.

Flux model

The Flux model synthesizes and judges source model responses. A workspace can default this to a model with strong reasoning quality, while keeping fast models available for Direct mode.

Provider policy

Model availability is controlled by provider configuration, workspace policy, and API key policy. If a model is disabled or not assigned to a key, Conflux should not route that request to the model.
